Out of office, properly

Rest is the room.

Three restorative nights for leaders who carry too much. Stillpoint places 12–20 carefully nominated guests in nature, where connection happens without becoming the agenda.

Invitation only · 12–20 guests · 3 nights · no people photography

Stillpoint hero

The daily schedule

Almost nothing. On purpose.

Our founding promises

No pitches. No panels. No performative wellness.

01

The room stays genuinely small

Every cohort is hand-shaped around sector, stage and temperament—not follower count.

02

Privacy is part of the hospitality

Phones are checked at arrival, and our no-photos-of-people rule lets everyone fully exhale.

03

Rest comes before access

One hosted conversation a day is enough. Everything else has room to emerge naturally.

Three nights at Stillpoint

A retreat with breathing room built in.

Arrival

Your phone gets a room, too.

We check devices at arrival so there is no willpower contest. What follows is unhurried: long meals, open trails, quiet afternoons and sleep that is allowed to finish.

One good conversation

A single hosted exchange each day—thoughtful enough to matter, light enough not to take over.

The shared table

Seasonal food, no seating strategy and nowhere else to be. The network forms at human speed.

Ways to participate

A seat cannot simply be bought.

Retreat invitations follow a nomination and fit conversation. Corporate sponsors may fund a leader’s seat, but never skip the curation process.
